Just a quick note to thank you for the installation of our digital signal processor and tv's last month. The installation was quick and ran so smoothly that I hardly noticed it was happening. It was only when our guests commented that when they left for the office that morning they were not expecting to return to a smart flat screen with so many different channels and perfect picture quailty. One of our long staying guests is over the moon with the built-in DAB radio. She no longer has to sit in her car to listen to the Archers but can relax in her room and enjoy the broadcast in perfect DAB sound quailty. I would recommend your service to anyone. Having been in the hotel trade for over 15 years I have come to learn that your tv offering has become more and more important, so much so that the guests demand good pictures and extra channels and if you do not deliver they will not rebook at your hotel. I just did not realise just how many of my guests were voting with their feet and not rebooking at my hotel due to the poor picture quality and the lack of channel choice. Since I met Phil Woods and had Hotel Digital tv installed I have seen a 16% increase in my repeat business and I can only put this sown to the great picture quality and the right channels for my clientele and the reliability of the system.
